Arrive in Copenhagen

Arrival to the Copenhagen airport, according to the flight schedule.

The capital of the island kingdom of Denmark, the city of Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales, romantic streets and gorgeous restaurants welcomes you. After hotel check-in, you will have an opportunity to either stroll the city’s neighbourhoods or have a rest in your room after the flight. The group meets the tour leader during the welcome dinner in the evening.

Explore Copenhagen and head to Roskilde

Breakfast in the hotel and checkout. After that, you will embark on a Copenhagen tour with a local guide: you will see the historical city center, the Christianborgs Palace (Danish parliament), the fairy little mermaid, palaces, canals and streets; you will listen to the stories about how the inhabitants of the Danish capital live.
After the city tour comes to its end, you will continue your acquaintance with Denmark. The ancient town of Roskilde, founded back in the times of the Vikings, will perfectly narrate about the Danish kings and culture. The town is situated just within a half-a-hour drive from Copenhagen and is famous to many by its gothic cathedral, included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list.
We will stop for a lunch in Roskilde and, after that, come over to Aarhus – the second most populated city in Denmark, where we will stay overnight.

Explore Aarhus and take a ferry to Bergen

Breakfast in the hotel.
Today, you will have free time to acquaint yourself with Aarhus until lunch. The city was established at the end of the 8th century by the Vikings. Today, this is a major business and cultural center, Denmark’s second-largest city.
City-museum Den Gamle By (The Old City), which represents a small town full of old-time edifices, is regarded as one of the most extraordinary places. Those buildings were brought to Aarhus from all corners of Denmark. On the streets of that town, you will have a chance to see “local inhabitants,” dressed in vintage clothes – they are the museum’s workers, who welcome the guests every day.
We also recommend you to visit the Viking Ships Museum.
After lunch, we will head to the port city of Hirtshals, where we can board a cruise ship and set out to Norway.
Fjord Line is a Norwegian ferry operator offering service between Norway, Denmark and Sweden. The cruise ships feature restaurants, cafés, as well as duty-free shops, which every passenger may use at will.

Explore the city of Bergen

We arrive in Bergen in the afternoon. Right after getting off the cruise ship, you will have a 2-hour long city tour. Once the tour comes to an end, you will have an opportunity to continue your acquaintance with the city, as well as to buy the things you liked and souvenirs in the city’s stores and souvenir shops. We recommend you to reach the Fløyen observation deck by using the funicular way. You will have a chance to have a snack in a café there.
At 19:00, the bus will take you to the beautiful Panorama hotel, located on the Sotra peninsula, and you will have a dinner there.

Nature activities and recreation near Bergen

Breakfast in the hotel.
This day is dedicated to the recreation and rest in nature. The hotel’s location allows to spend the entire day outdoors by taking advantage of the hotel’s services. You may choose to sail a RIB boat or opt kayaking, rent a row boat for fishing or a short coastal voyage. Or, perhaps, you would just wish to go for a walk on one of the tourist hiking trails near the hotel. It’s up to you.

Enjoy fantastic views of the Hardangerfjord area

After having breakfast in the hotel, we will head to acquaint ourselves with one of the most picturesque areas of Norway – Hardangerfjord. Marvelous views open up just around every road’s corner, and one would surely want to both remember them and capture a photo of. You will make a stop near an unusual waterfall, beneath which you can walk.
And your road will lie along the apple farms – this region is best known for thanks to them. If there will be enough time, you will stop at one of the farms to eat and purchase some of their edible products (like juices and jam), which are made right in that place.
You will stay overnight in the area of Voss or Ulvik.

Flåmsbana ride and fjord cruise

Early check out at the hotel.
Sognefjord is called as the King of Fjords – it tends to be the longest and deepest one. Today, you will head to meet this fjord and its branches – Aurlandfjord and Nærøyfjord.
The train will depart from Voss to Myrdal – a small alpine train station, from which – after being transferred to the old historic wagons of the Flåm railway (Flåmsbana) – you will move to Flåm. There are restaurants and cafés where you can have a bite, as well as a huge souvenir store in Flåm. After that, a 2-hour long cruise boat ride through the fjords will await you.
After arriving at the final point of the cruise, you will get on a bus and head to Lillehammer, the capital of the 1994 Winter Olympics, where you will stay overnight in a hotel close to the city.

Acquaint yourself with Oslo

After having breakfast in the hotel, you will set out to Oslo.
A local guide will acquaint you with the Norwegian capital. During a 3-hour long city tour, you will see the city’s most interesting sights and visit the Gustav Vigeland Sculpture Park.
After the tour, continue acquainting yourself with the city center on your own. Shopping.

You stay overnight in Radisson hotel 12min drive from the city center.

Arrival in Stockholm

Breakfast in the hotel.
In the morning, you will start a transfer to Stockholm with a short stop for a lunch. Finally, you will arrive in the capital of Sweden around the evening. Hotel check-in
You can spend the evening either in one of the cafés or by strolling the nearby streets and absorbing the city’s atmosphere.

Overnight in Park Inn Radisson hotel 4.5km from the city center.

Explore Stockholm during a city tour

After having breakfast, there comes the time of a detailed acquaintance with the city with the help of our local guide. The 3-hour long city tour will give you an opportunity to see the city from different angles, view the most famous places, including the Royal Palace, city hall and the old town.
You can also visit one of Stockholm’s museums – such as the museum of the world-famous Vasa Ship – on your own, or embark on a boat tour through the canals.

Departure home

It is a goodbye day with Stockholm and Sweden for you.
After breakfast and hotel check-out, you will board a bus to the airport and fly home, according to the flight schedule.
